The exact scope of each order is always agreed with the customer before any work begins and before any payment is made.

3. How an order works

An order begins when you submit a request through our website, by email, or by WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours to confirm scope, price and expected timeline. Work begins only after both parties agree on these details in writing.

For first-time customers, a prepayment is required before the visit. Returning customers are not required to prepay.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our website and quoted in USD or EUR. Final pricing for non-standard orders is agreed individually before work starts. We accept: PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, RIA, bank transfer, Payoneer, and credit/debit card in USD, EUR or UAH.

5. Timelines

We aim to complete visits within 14 days from the date payment is confirmed. If circumstances outside our control prevent the visit, we will notify you and agree on a new date.

6. Photo reports

Every visit includes a photo report — at minimum 4 photographs before and 4 after the work — sent within 24 hours of the visit.

7. Cancellations and refunds

8. Grave search — special conditions

Grave location services involve uncertainty by nature. We assess each request individually and tell you honestly whether a search is likely to succeed before asking for payment. If a search is unsuccessful despite genuine effort, we will agree on a fair resolution.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly first. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.

10. Our responsibility

We are not responsible for: the condition of a grave prior to our visit; damage caused by third parties or weather; cemetery access restrictions; or inability to locate a grave when information provided is incomplete.
